Ridge Manor Christian Academy is a small, Christ-centered, family-oriented school committed to providing a nurturing environment where students can grow academically, spiritually, and emotionally. We integrate biblical values into every aspect of our curriculum and culture. Our dedicated team partners with families to develop students who love the Lord, pursue excellence, and impact the world for Christ.
We are seeking a passionate and committed Christian educator to join our team. Fulle time or part time. The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching using the Abeka and Ignitia curriculum, fostering both academic growth and spiritual development in students. The educator will create a supportive classroom environment that reflects our school’s values of faith, family, and excellence.

Location: Ridge Manor Christian Academy – Ridge Manor, FL
Grade Levels:
K–4th Grade (Abeka Curriculum)
5th–12th Grade (Ignitia Curriculum)
Compensation: $20–$25 per hour
Benefits: Paid Holidays | Paid Sick Leave
Ridge Manor Christian Academy is seeking two dedicated educators to join our Christ-centered academic community. We are accredited through the Church of God Association for Christian Schools (CGACS) and committed to providing students with a strong foundation in both academics and Biblical principles.
Position Requirements:
Minimum of an Associate’s Degree
Proof of active enrollment in a Bachelor’s Degree program (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Must be able to pass a Level 2 Background Screening
Willingness to teach using the Abeka Curriculum (K–4) or Ignitia Curriculum (5–12)
Commitment to uphold Biblical principles both on and off campus
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging, curriculum-aligned instruction
Create a nurturing and spiritually grounded classroom environment
Collaborate with staff and administration to support student success
Participate in school events, meetings, and professional development
